Lata Krishna Mohan
Lata Krishna Mohan - Meet our Director at Poshan Preschool, a dynamic leader with a rich background in education and a diverse professional journey. Her early experiences in conventional schooling, which stifled her creative and independent spirit, ignited a passion for educational reform. Driven by her own educational experiences, she embarked on a mission to transform learning into a fun, engaging, and meaningful journey for children. Poshan Preschool, under her guidance, is more than just a school; it's a vision realized. She stands as a beacon of care, nurturing young minds and fostering a robust cultural pride and appreciation for India's rich heritage, influenced by her family's defense background and her profound connection to spirituality and yoga.
Nandita Trikannad
Head Mistress
Nandita, our esteemed founding Head Mistress at Poshan, is a distinguished alumna of London Guildhall University with a degree in science and a robust background in Montessori education from the London Montessori Centre. Her diverse qualifications include training in counseling from Banjara, NLP practices from Neo Academy, and a specialized course in handling special needs children from Prayatna. Her career spans significant roles with organizations such as Himanshu, KidZee, and Buddhi, where she honed her skills in educational settings.
At Poshan, Nandita expertly manages daily operations with a blend of mature confidence and organizational prowess. She plays a critical role in curriculum development and teacher training, leveraging her patience and perseverance to strengthen Poshan’s educational framework. Her vibrant energy and engaging smile add to her impactful leadership, making her a central figure in our community.
Meenakshi
After studying arts and a stint at Little Scholars, Meenakshi brings to Poshan her quiet assurance, her deeply caring and affectionate nature. When it comes to Play group children, she is their favourite teacher. Her bubbly and vivacious nature is an added advantage. If not with children in the class, she can be found brainstorming and preparing exciting activities for kids.
Madhumita
Madhu has been around for about 6 years now. An engineer by profession, she is pursuing her BEd to make teaching her profession and passion.
Karthik
Our very own designer who has helped us design our books and Joy of learning series. His childlike innocence keeps the atmosphere charged up.
Harsha Subbarao
A recent entrant into our family. She has taken up responsibility of developing and marketing our new series of Poshan’s Joy of Learning. Her bubbly nature makes her a good team member.
